Warehouse Worker’s Dream
I picked these up at a local store after a second ER visit for potassium deficiency while at work and these are the only thing that actually works! I spend my work week running around a huge warehouse with special equipment on that really pulls my body temperature up and as a result I sweat a ton. Turns out the regular old, department store “electrolyte packets” I’d been using weren’t doing anything for the amount of sweat I was losing during the day. Drinking these between plain water breaks has made me feel so much better by the end of the day! No more shaky crampy nauseous evenings, no more incurable thirst, and I can finally focus on my workday without worrying about my body as much. I actually like the flavors too, which is a plus. They don’t taste sugary like other powders and the packets tear easy when you need them and stay closed in your pocket when transporting. I’ll never use anything else, several family members already use them. Highly recommend!

Strong taste- dilute
Both of the flavors are strong but the fruit punch allows for me to dilute it! This is really helpful because most of the time brands do not add enough flavor. For a 32 oz water bottle there is still enough flavor to dilute it if you donât like such a strong taste. The lemon actually taste like powdered lemon aid so input it in my moms tea and we have Arnold palmers!I take these on my back packing trips and they make filtered water drinkable. They also give me a boost during the intense training workouts. I am a fan of this brand, comes at a high price but I swear by it.

SPORT powder – very good! 🙂
Sport powder – PROS: Less sugar than Liquid IV brand which I like (7g vs 12g), even more electrolytes than top competitors and the regular pedialyte formulas. Overall, highly recommend! Both flavors taste great too. I need a lot of electrolytes daily for POTS, dysautonomia, endurance running / athletic, etc, and this is a great addition to the rotation. These powder packs are also WAY quicker than Nuun brand fizzy tabs (which helps if you’re about to faint lol!) plus you don’t have the problem of Nuun’s carbonation making your closed water bottle / Camelback leak and/or explode water all over you lol!Individually sealed powder packs are also convenient to throw in a backpack or purse (even small enough for your pocket or a spi belt running pouch).Minor CONS: Although I love it, I do wish it was less expensive, wish it came in more flavors, and wish it didn’t have the artificial dyes (red 40 and yellow 5). I’ll update later on whether or not they stain my water bottle, and whether or not they stay fresh longer than Nuun tabs, which I suspect they will 🙂 (tabs gathered moisture / went stale even in the closed tubes..). Overall, hopefully they’ll expand upon this product soon and have more in-store availability too! 🙂

Great for ultra runners (hydration)
If you’re an ultra runner and have hydration issues, give this a try. Water, electrolytes, endurolytes, salt tabs, etc. never fully worked for me on long runs/races when it was hot and/or humid. No matter what my fluid intake was, my body would lose more in an hour vs what it could process/absorb and I would eventually end up cramping. This product solved my problem. My urinary cycles are now 100% normal no matter what the conditions or how many hours I’m running. If I cramp now, it’s due to fatigue, not hydration.

It Works and tastes good.
I tried many products before I found this.I cannot eat artificial sweeteners they make me sick, and most electrolyte products have artificial sweeteners in them. I am careful with my carbs, but the small amount of additional sugar for me is worth it, Thatâs how well this works.I used to feel like I could not drink enough. I would drink a gallon of water a day and still feel thirsty and I would get very bad dry mouth.A friend suggested to try working with my electrolytes and I remember just letting it go in one ear and out the other. The dry mouth was driving me crazy so I started down the path of trying different types of products. If I drink 2 to 3 packets per week, I have no dry mouth anymore and I do not have the desperate need for water. (Love the packets. Usually throw one in one of my cooler bottles, put the lid on add my straw, and when I get to my destination, all I do is fill it up with cold water! So simple.

Good deal
These were exactly what I expected. No issues whatsoever and quick delivery They have become very hard to find in store and this is a great alternative

Decently tasty, very effective
They’re salty tasting – unavoidable, you’re cramming tons of electrolytes into one drink. Way more potassium, magnesium, phosphorus than other brands. But it’s not overly salty and the flavors are pretty solid. I was camping in 90+ degree heat at a music festival and drinking one of these every morning and every night to help keep my hydration and electrolytes up. This isn’t for the same thing as like a liquid IV, this is for “I’m doing sports or labor or other activity for extended periods in high heat and sweating out all my electrolytes” scenario and it’s absolutely perfect for it. I could feel myself feeling better after downing one of these after 10 hours on my feet walking and dancing.
